Hello all, I am here with something new that I kinda want to try, but let me know what you think in the comments! So grab a cup of tea, coffee, or a cup of whatever and let’s get into it.
Basically this is something I want to start doing to be like a coffee chat kind of post. It is just a chill post which starts off the week nicely without any stress or pressure.
I am not gonna lie this week is a busy one. I don’t know what it is but I will have a super quiet week, and then everything always happens at once the following week.
Plans for the week
Monday-Wednesday I am working so the usual that comes with that.
Thursday– I have Thursday and Friday off this week as it is my mum and best friends birthday. Therefore, I am taking my mum out on Thursday (there will be a post about that at some point), and then in the evening I am out with my friend for dinner.
I have a little bit of work to do in the morning, but then I will be going out for a bit with my mum and Aunt during the day for a little family day. However, I will then be going out in the evening to meet up with my favourite girls from University.
I am taking my mum out again to the theatre as this was her Christmas present (I know, talk about non stop plans). We decided to go during the day so there would be no rush getting home when it’s late.
I can take a massive breath and relax! After a few busy days I am definitely going to need it. This day will be spent doing some chores, catching up with some of my to do list and a lovely pub lunch date with Ryan (which is going to be AMAZING). I will also be making sure I invest in some self-care to help me relax and wind down after a busy week.
I love to start off the week in a positive way and look at the week like it’s a new page in a book, a fresh start. I leave behind all the negative or stresses from the week before and start anew. This way I can enter this week with a fresh mind and be ready to tackle the work and to do list for this week.
Fitness and Health
I am finally getting back into my fitness routine and this is something that I plan to continue into this week. Therefore, I hope to go to the gym at least 3 times this week and run 3 times this week as well (which could be a treadmill run at the gym or outdoor run).
There you have it, I hope I will find my feet with this type of post. But this is how my Monday Motivation post will be today! Have a fab week and Monday!
